We planned to use the results of the forecast almost in all departments: in production, logistics, sales, marketing”.
“In 2018 we started to implement Novo Forecast Enterprise. Already at the early stage of use the forecasting accuracy increased more than twice. Using of factors allowed to additionally increase the accuracy for a number of positions up to 92-98%.
